WE WILL COME OUT STRONGER AND CLOSER DRAWN TO GOD

As promised in our first communication when we forwarded to you the directive from the National Leader of the Apostolic Church UK regarding the suspension of Church meetings until further notice, please see below what we plan to do, the Lord helping us.

To reiterate, there will be no formal Church meetings or gatherings of any kind until further notice. To be specific, this applies to all meetings in the church, cell churches and prayer group venues. All meetings will be conducted remotely via the various technological means available to us.

Our focus as a Leadership during this period will aim at ensuring that:

  • We have a continued sense of community as a church
  • The spiritual and emotional needs of the members are met
  • Support is provided for members in any kind of need
  • The Church comes out stronger from this experience

The Leadership have decided on the following:

i) The ANC will provide online Sunday services

  • Starting from this Sunday 22 March 2020, services will be streamed to members from our YouTube channel from 10.00 to 11.00am.
  • There will be a time of praise and worship as well as the ministration of the Word of God.
  • We encourage members who have not subscribed to the channel, to do so by clicking here

ii) Cell Churches and prayer cells will be conducted using different social and digital platforms.

  • Cell Church leaders will notify their members of the platform that would be used for their meetings.
  • If you will like to know the nearest cell church to you please contact the church office on 020 7820 9917 or email churchoffice@apostolic-anc.org

iii) Spiritual support and prayer requests

  • During this period, as part our duty of care, the Leadership will be available to provide support and help to members.
  • If you need any support or have a prayer request, please call 020 7820 9917 or email churchoffice@apostolic-anc.org

iv) Support for our elderly (over 60s).

  • The Leadership encourages families who have elderly people staying with them to assist them in accessing the various digital platforms the church will be using to provide online services or meetings (e.g. phone conference, Facebook Community Group, YouTube, etc).
  • Elderly people who do not have means of accessing the digital platforms should notify the Leadership.

v) Offering & Tithes

  • We appreciate your giving, fully assured that God will continually bless you and keep you.
  • Please find attached to this update details of the Church bank accounts. Please click HERE to view.

We conclude this short update with the words of the Lord through the lips of Isaiah, the royal prophet:

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will surely help you; I will uphold you with My right hand of righteousness. (Isaiah 41:10)

Please kindly check with your circle of friends whether they are receiving Church updates and pass this on to them. The Lord bless you as you do so.
